Founded in 2021 by an attorney and web3-enthusiast, Ascendant helps companies raise capital through tokenization and distribution fractional ownership interest using proven and tested strategies that investors recognize. Our team includes Solidity experts, attorneys, business development specialists, and investors.
Our aim is to help small businesses to take advantage of the alternative financing options made available by safely transitioning from web2 to web3. We also aim to protect investors, by meticulously auditing the technology behind the web3 venture and devising sensible, scalable tokenomics and in-depth market analysis.
We believe that we are just beginning to scratch the surface of web3’s capabilities.
