Getting Started with CryptoCadet Pay
Step 1: Understanding Your Home Screen
Login Overview: Upon logging into the CryptoCadet app, your email will be displayed at the top left corner.
Navigation Tools: You will have access to several tools:
Dark to Light Toggle: Adjust the theme from dark to light mode.
Notification Tab: View your notifications.
Settings Tab: Access your settings.
Connect Wallet Button: Connect your cryptocurrency wallet.
Logout Button: Securely log out of the app.
Search Bar: Conduct searches for quick information.
FAQ Access: Utilize the FAQ section for common queries.
Step 2: Setting Up Your Wallet Address
Before diving into features, setting up your wallet address is crucial.
Why It's Important: A wallet address is needed to build your payment processor, as it directs where funds should be sent upon receiving payments.
How to Set Up:
Navigate to Settings.
Enter your wallet address in the provided field and click Update.
A successful update will refresh and return you to the home screen, indicating the setup is complete.
Step 3: API Key and Secret Key
Upon account creation, you will automatically receive an API key.
API Key: Publicly used for identifying your account in crypto pay buttons. It is safe to share.
Secret Key: Private and used for administrative functions such as adding affiliates or coins to your watch list. Keep it secure and do not share.
Regenerating Keys
Caution: Generating a new key is a destructive action. It necessitates replacing all existing links tied to the old key in your store or platform.
Step 4: Finalizing Your Setup
Verifying the Wallet Address: Post wallet setup, the dashboard will update, moving past the initial welcome screen.
No Earnings Yet: Initially, your dashboard will show no earnings or activity metrics, indicating setup success.
Changing the Wallet Address: If needed, you can easily update your wallet address by deleting the old one and entering a new one, keeping in mind the implications of such changes on your setup.
