How to Add a Currency on Solana with CryptoCadet V2
CryptoCadet supports Solana. Adding a currency—whether it’s the native token or a stablecoin—is straightforward and nearly identical across chains.
1. Navigate to the “Add Currency” Panel
On the left-hand sidebar of your CryptoCadet dashboard, click on “Add Currency.”
If you’re on mobile, the UI will adjust accordingly. Any currencies you've already added will be listed, including their icons and chain designations.
📌 Your wallet must be connected. If it isn’t, go back to the Getting Started guide for wallet connection instructions.
Once connected, your wallet balance and current token prices will auto-populate for each chain.
2. Select a Supported Network
Choose Solana as your network.
3. Accept the Native Currency (Optional)
Choose to Accept SOL .
4. Add a Stablecoin (Free Plan)
If you're on the Free Plan, you can only add stablecoins such as USDT or USDC.
To do this:
Select the chain
Paste in the stablecoin's contract address (ensure it’s the correct one for the selected network)
Click “Add Currency”
You’ll see a “Token added successfully” message once complete.
5. Add a Custom Token (Premium or Enterprise Plan Only)
To add your own token (e.g., a memecoin or project token):
Upgrade to Premium or Enterprise in the Settings → Plan section.
Navigate to “Add Currency”
Paste the custom token contract address
Select the chain (e.g., Solana)
Click “Add Currency”
✅ The system requires the token to be listed on a DEX (Raydium, Meteora, Orca, Jupiter, etc.) that supports price discovery. If the token is not publicly tradable or lacks price metadata, the add attempt will fail.
You’ll see “Token added successfully” once it’s confirmed.
